Breakfast of the slugs

This morning I had a lapse in judgment that came from a local burger place: sausage, egg and cheese.
Except that it was made like this:

Bun top
chili
tomato
onions
fried egg
sausage patty
lettuce
bun bottom

this can't be healthy
